RESEARCH AND DEVEPLOMENT CHEF
(Bandung)

Qualification :
1. Fresh Graduate are welcome
2. Max 30 years old
3. Recipe development and food writing experience a plus
4. Good leadership, communication, passionatte, energic, up to date,
creative thinker, analytical
5. Have strong understanding of flavors and textures and the diversity
to work with many styles of cuisine is a must
6. Having experience in Culinary background and food industry
7. Detailed oriented and highly organized
8. Understanding ISO 22000, HACCP, BPOM and Halal System

Responsibility:
1 Creates plan menu items and creatively contributes to all kitchen
goals
2. Assists with developing and testing recipes to highlight products
for demonstrations and marketing tool materials
3. Conduct research and development exploration, chef training testing on competitive products to inform product strategy
4. Responsible for advancing the culinary arts, skills, and staff
staff at the kitchen
