IT MANAGER

Responsibilities:
1. Manage information technology and systems
2. Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
3. Manage IT staff by coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
4. Implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the standards
5. Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
6. Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
7. Audit systems and assess their outcomes
8. Preserve assets, information security, and control structures
9. Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectivenes

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or a related field
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management
3. Strong teamwork, communication skills, and problem-solving skills
4. Knowledge of industry-standard computer hardware and software systems
5. Experience with network administration (Cisco certification a plus)
